An annual vintage car and motorcycle show that raises funds for children with heart disease will be held this weekend in Dubuque. Vintage Torque Fest opens at noon on Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday at Dubuque County Fairgrounds. Cost is $20 per day or $35 for the weekend. The event raises money for the Helping Hannah’s Heart Foundation, a nonprofit that benefits children with congenital heart disease. Visit facebook.com/VintageTorqueFest for more information.
