On Saturday at 12:53PM, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a rollover crash on Ready Hollow Rd in Wyalusing Township. Deputies arrived on scene and learned a vehicle operated by 16-year-old Emery Simerson of Mount Hope, was traveling eastbound on Ready Hollow Rd., in the Town of Wyalusing, when he lost control of his vehicle on the gravel. The vehicle left the roadway and struck an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll onto its side. Simerson had five minor passengers in the vehicle. Two occupants were injured and subsequently transported to Crossing Rivers Health for treatment of their injuries. Simerson’s vehicle sustained heavy damage and was removed from the scene. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Bagley First Responders, Bloomington Fire, West Grant EMS and Gundersen EMS out of Prairie Du Chien.
