On Wednesday at 4:15 p.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motorcycle crash on Highway 35 at Leitner Hollow Road in the Township of Seneca. The operator of the motorcycle was identified as 67-year-old Donald Lathrop of Ferryville. Lathrop lost control and crashed on the highway. He wasn’t wearing a helmet and sustained life-threatening injuries. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Gundersen Air, Gundersen Ambulance, Seneca First Responders, and Seneca Fire Department. This crash remains under investigation.
