Darius Rucker recently attended the Food & Wine Festival in Aspen, Colorado, to promote As One Cru, the wine brand he joined last year with winemaker Chris Radomski. While there, the Hootie & the Blowfish frontman shared an update about the progress of his new solo project, and revealed how his recent move to London is influencing his current sound. “I’m working on my album. I’m sure my single’s going to be coming out here soon, and I’m ready for people to hear that,” Rucker said. “I’m looking forward to finishing my record and getting that out. I think it’s refreshing, it’s new. I think my fans are gonna be really, really excited.” He added, “I went to London to get just a different flavor. And I think I did that. I think people are going to like what we did.” Rucker’s 2025 solo tour kicks off on July 10 in Solomons, Maryland, with the singer sharing, “I’m looking forward to this tour. It’s always fun getting out there to play for folks.” (People)
