A Dubuque man was arrested after Dubuque Police say he threatened a woman with an ax during a heated argument. Police say the incident happened Monday morning shortly after 5:30 at an apartment in the 17-hundred block of Central Avenue. 31-year old Jake Hingtgen of Dubuque is charged with domestic assault while displaying or using a weapon. There were no injuries reported.
