The crash happened at about 11:40 a.m. Monday at the intersection of John F. Kennedy Road and Wacker Drive. According to a police crash report, Schlueter was southbound on JFK in the east lane when she approached the road’s intersection with Wacker Drive. 62-year-old Mary A. Vogt of Glen Haven, Wis., was also driving south in front of Schlueter. Vogt stopped for traffic at the intersection when Schlueter rear-ended Vogt. Schlueter told police it was her fault, stating she thought Vogt was still moving forward at the intersection, and Schlueter was cited with failure to maintain control
