On Thursday (July 17), Lainey Wilson celebrated the opening of her career-spanning exhibit, Tough as Nails, at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, which will be on display until June 2026. The exhibit showcases Wilson’s journey from her roots in Baskin, Louisiana, to her rise to country music stardom, featuring outfits that she has worn throughout her career, childhood memorabilia – including journals and her first cowgirl boots and saddle – CMA and ACM trophies, as well as her Grammy Award for Best Country Album for 2024’s Whirlwind. Wilson looked through the exhibit with her family prior to the official opening, and reflected: “It has been a team effort from the beginning, as you can tell. I mean, even when I was nine years old… we kept the Opry tickets, the Dollywood tickets. They told me, ‘We had a feeling,’ and because they believed, I believed. It’s just cool to be able to walk through here and look at the journey together.” (Billboard)
