City of Dubuque seeks feedback on Parks and Recreation comprehensive plan

The City of Dubuque Parks and Recreation Department is seeking community feedback on a draft of the Y(O)ur Story Dubuque Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan. Residents are encouraged to review the draft and provide their input by January 5, 2026. The comprehensive plan, initiated in April 2025, involved extensive community engagement, reaching over 35,000 residents through various outreach methods. The feedback collected has been integrated into actionable strategies aimed at guiding the city’s parks and recreation priorities for the next decade.
