A man who used to live in the Tri-State area, missing since Tuesday, has been found dead in Virginia.
Authorities say Jeff Stiles – a former Editorial Director for The Weekender and columnist for the Telegraph Herald – was discovered Friday in a creek bed in Amherst County, Virginia, after a days-long search by multiple agencies. Stiles was last seen Tuesday evening. The sheriff says foul play is not suspected, but his body has been taken to the Chief Medical Examiner for further investigation.
