Vernon County man returns to court this month for castrating neighbor’s dog

A Vernon County man 40 year old Marvin Keim (Kime like Time) will return to court April 9th after being arrested for castrating his neighbor’s dog. The investigation began after a five year old Australian Shepherd got loose, leaving its owners residence on County O in rural Stoddard. After the dog returned home, the owners discovered their dog had been castrated. The dog required medical attention. Marvin Keim appeared in Vernon County Circuit Court on March 31st and was released on a $1000 signature bond.
