The Wisconsin Senate failed to pass a deal on Wednesday that would have invested hundreds of millions of dollars into education while giving families tax relief. The proposal, announced by Gov. The bill failed in the Senate on a 15-18 vote. Senator Howard Marklein voted in favor of the bill.
