Health officials in Jo Daviess County are holding a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site for a limited time. According to a report, the testing is open to anyone from 9 til 5 each day this week thru Friday (June 26). The site is being set up in the parking lot at the Elizabeth Village Hall. Jo Daviess County health officials say appointments aren’t needed. Samples will be collected at the drive-thru site with the results expected about 48 hours after testing. You’re asked to bring an insurance card – but won’t be turned away if you don’t have one with you.
