A Richland Center man has been found safe. Richland Center Police provided an update Sunday night saying that 70 year old Lyle Carley of Richland Center was located and is safe. A missing endangered person alert was issued for Carley on Sunday. He had last been seen around 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Dairy-O in Richland Center and did not return home, but now has been found safe.
