Mineral Point basketball comfortable in any situation

The Mineral Point boys basketball team is showing it can handle any kind of pressure situation.

The Pointers are undefeated on the season and ranked second in the state in Division Four, thanks in part to their communication skills.

All five senior starters have taken part in forensics throughout high school earning golds at state three years in a row.

“Before that I think I was a little big timid in a bigger type game because I was nervous,” said senior Tarek Oellerich. “Now I embrace it.”
