The Iowa County Sheriff’s office received a report of a person possibly in violation of bond conditions in Highland on Friday. An Iowa County Deputy made contact with the person at an address in Muscoda and was assisted by a Grant County Deputy. As a result, 51-year-old Arthur Linsenbigler of Avoca was arrested for Misdemeanor Bail Jumping. Linsenbigler was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was booked and remains in custody.
