The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of an ongoing disturbance on Franklin Street in Linden shortly after 4pm Tuesday. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies and Dodgeville EMS responded to the scene. As a result, 42 year old Neil Baker of Linden was arrested and charged with Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Battery of a Threat to a Judge, and Substantial Battery-with Intent to do Bodily Harm. Baker was booked at the Iowa County Jail where he remains in custody.
