Authorities said a Dubuque man pointed a loaded crossbow at a mobile home park manager Friday. 53-year-old Paul Carter was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Friday at the Noonan Street trailer park on charges of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, driving while barred and trespassing. Court documents state that Carter was evicted from his residence at the trailer park on Wednesday. On Friday, park manager 27-year-old Ryan Barton, spotted Carter at his former lot and told him he was not allowed on the property. Carter then went to the deck of the residence, picked up a crossbow loaded with an arrow and pointed it at Barton.
