The theatrical release of Kevin Costner’s film Horizon: An American Saga — Chapter 2 has been postponed from its original date of August 16th. The new date has not been announced. According to a statement, the decision was made to give audiences more time to discover the first installment of Horizon, which has under-performed at the box office. The first Horizon chapter is set to be available on PVOD starting July 16th, with the Max release date yet to be announced. Costner put $38 million of his own money into the $100 million project — earned just $11 million in its opening weekend and about $22 million so far. (Variety)
