Gas Prices Are Down

Average gas prices in Iowa have fallen 5.8 cents per gallon within the last week, averaging $3.20. Prices in Iowa are 5.6 cents lower than a month ago and stand at 47.2 cents lower than a year ago.  Average gas prices in Wisconsin have fallen 8.1 cents per gallon within the last week, averaging $3.31. Prices in Wisconsin are down 8.8 cents lower than a month ago and 37.3 cents lower than a year ago. The national average price of gas has fallen 4.2 cents within the last week, averaging $3.37. The national average is down 11.4 cents from a month ago and stands at 47.8 cents lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 2.6 cents within the last week and stands at $3.69 per gallon. This would make it the lowest level within 940 days.
