Fennimore man arrested for sexual assault of a child

A man from Fennimore, 43-year-old William Heyer, was arrested Monday, August 19, on a warrant for two counts of repeated sexual assault of a child. These charges were the result of a complaint received by the Rockford, Illinois Police Department and investigated y the Fennimore Police Department. Heyer’s past residences include Bagley and the Rockford/Loves Park/Belvidere, Illinois areas.
