Cuba City Police warn of scammers

Cuba City Police are warning the public of a scam via Facebook. On Wednesday, the Cuba City Police received a report that an individual received a call from Homeland Security saying that they were being investigated and had warrants. The caller ID of the scammer came up with the Cuba City Police Department phone number. Due to the diligence of the reporter, no information or money was given to the scammer. If something does not seem right, take the extra time to verify.
