Road closed to remove hay bales following crash

Authorities reported no injuries, but County Road X in the Township of Linden had to be closed for a shirt time Saturday afternoon, following an accident. A truck with a trailer hauling hay bales crashed causing a guardrail to be damaged. The hay bales also had to be removed. The Cobb Fire Department, Linden Fire Department, Linden First Responders, Mineral Point EMS, the Iowa County Highway Department, along with Larry’s Towing assisted the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department at the scene.
