President Biden in Westby on Thursday

President Joe Biden will be returning to the Badger State Thursday, his first since visiting Madison on July 5.  President Biden will speak in Westby which is 40 minute drive outside of Lacrosse in which he will highlight how his Investing in America Agenda is benefitting communities across Wisconsin and ensuring Americans have a brighter, more prosperous future.  The location and exact time of the remarks are unknown. But he is expected to speak sometime in the afternoon.
