Dubuque Alzheimer’s Association to host ‘Walk to End Alzheimer’s’

The local Dubuque Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is scheduled for next month. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Oct. 5 at American Trust River’s Edge Plaza, 400 E. Third St., according to a news release. An opening ceremony will begin at 9 a.m., followed by a 2-mile walk. The annual event honors those affected by Alzheimer’s and raises funding for research.
