Officials have identified a suspect in the 39-year-old homicide case of Terry Dolowy. On Tuesday, Monroe County District Attorney Kevin Croninger named 60-year-old Michael Popp as the suspect. Popp has been charged with First-Degree Murder in Vernon County. He is also facing charges in Monroe County, which include stalking, domestic abuse, and drug related charges, for a separate incident. Popp will appear in Vernon County Court Tuesday afternoon for a bond/bail hearing.
