One person was arrested following a traffic stop in Highland on Friday. At 2:10 PM Friday the Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on County Road I near Dry Bone Road in the Township of Highland. As a result of the stop, 45-year-old Donna Levins of Dodgeville was arrested on charges of Operating While Revoked and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering or Failure to Install. Levins was transported to the Iowa County Jail where she was later released.
