Dubuque non-emergency phone lines down

Dubuque police report that non-emergency phone lines are temporarily out of order at the Dubuque County Communications Center. Dubuque Police Department Lt. Luke Bock said 911 services remain operational but should be used only for emergencies. Residents can call 563-583-1711 to contact authorities for non-emergencies in the interim.
