The flags of the United States and Wisconsin will be flown at half-staff on Thursday to mark the three-year anniversary of the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy. Gov. Tony Evers praised the City of Waukesha for its resilience in wake of the tragedy. Six people died on the night of Nov 21, 2021 after Darrell Brooks drove an SUV through a crowded Christmas parade in downtown Waukesha. 60 others were also injured.
