Police said a woman set a man’s jacket on fire during a disturbance in Dubuque. 36-year-old Saint Theresa Sago of Dubuque, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Monday at her residence on a charge of reckless use of fire. Court documents state that officers responded at approximately 12:29 a.m. to Sago’s residence for a report of an assault. Police learned that Sago used a grill lighter to set a man’s jacket on fire during the course of a disturbance between the two. The man was not wearing the jacket at the time and court documents do not indicate that there were any injuries.
