Audrey Hammer Fourth of July Ice Cream Social

The Mathias Ham Historic Site is celebrating Independence Day this year with the Audrey Hammer 4th of July Ice Cream Social, and guests are invited to attend the celebration from 11 AM – 4 PM!

Visitors can enjoy live music by The Americana Band, purchase picnic food, refreshments, cake, and ice cream! Victorian games and crafts including magic lantern slides, handkerchief dolls, and puppets will take place throughout the day.

Free tours of the Mathias Ham House are available for visitors, live demonstrations such as hand-weaving, soap-making, canon-fire and much more!
Free-will donations will be accepted with proceeds benefitting the Mathias Ham Historic Site, a property of the Dubuque County Historical Society.
