Reward Now Being Offered For Wanted Killer

Officials in Dubuque and Jo Daviess County are offering a reward of up to $2-thousand dollars for help in arresting a Dubuque man wanted for murder. In a statement from Dubuque and Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers, they’re seeking tips to help find 31-year-old Joseph Wright. Wright has been accused of fatally shooting 44-year-old Jennifer Miller of Dubuque last April in East Dubuque. An arrest warrant was issued in September, but Wright has not been apprehended yet. Anyone with details about his location should call Crime Stoppers at 800 – 747 – 0117.
