Grant County Board Approves Sanctuary 2A Proposal

The Grant County Board approved, 14-2 the non-binding ‘Sanctuary 2A’ resolution. The resolution takes the stance that the county is against any sort of red flag laws, as well as being against items like background checks or laws implemented that limit or ban types of gun accessories or types of magazines. Other county boards around Wisconsin have passed similar resolutions. 2^nd Amendment Sanctuary discussions are in the early stages for Crawford, Lafayette and Iowa Counties – while no action has been taken in Richland County.
