Expect Delays Traveling In Downtown Darlington

The Darlington Police Department reports that they have received reports of 15 – 25 minute delays to cross the bridge in downtown Darlington this week. The Highway 23 construction project through the downtown area has the traffic pattern using the west side of Main Street. Motorists should consider alternate routes. Things will get better after the work around the bridge is complete. Traffic lights will be installed and  the delays will be much shorter.
