Cassville Car Ferry To Start Season On Friday

The Cassville Car Ferry will start its season on Friday. The service runs from the Village of Cassville to eastern Iowa near Millville. The ferry will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in May. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, it will operate seven days per week. It then will operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the remainder of October before closing for the season. The ferry’s hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The last trip from Cassville leaves at 7:20 p.m., while the last trip from Iowa leaves at 7:40 p.m.
