A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to Main Street in the Village of Gratiot for a noise complaint Tuesday just after 5pm. As a result, 36 year old Jon Simmons of Gratiot was arrested on four valid Lafayette County arrest warrants. Simmons was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
