Authorities have released the name of the driver killed in a crash Monday in Dubuque County. 33 year old Heath Stuckey of Guttenberg, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, Stuckey was driving south in the 16000 block of Holy Cross Road sometime before 4:50 a.m. Monday when his vehicle entered the east ditch, struck a driveway entrance and became airborne. The vehicle rolled, causing the fatal injuries to the Stuckey, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
