Registrations are now open for a free, three-part series of events designed to encourage networking and conversations among parents in Platteville. The Platteville Parent Cafe series will be held from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. on three Tuesdays — May 28 and June 11 and 25 — at Family Connections of Southwest Wisconsin. Topics for each session include “Thriving in Summer” (May 28), “Tending Your Garden: Taking Time for Self-Care” (June 11) and “School’s Out: Don’t Sweat Summer Stress” (June 25). Each event includes a meal, child care, resource bags and education.
