On Thursday at 1 AM, a Mineral Point Police Officer and an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Dodge Street in Mineral Point. As a result of the stop, 27-year-old Joseph Flores-Jimenez of Lincoln, NE was arrested on the charge of Possession of Cocaine. Flores-Jimenez was transported to the Iowa County Jail where he was later released on bond.
