After a school shooting killed three people and injured six others in Madison three weeks ago, Wisconsin’s Office of School Safety is continuing to see a rise in “Speak Up Speak Out” reports. SUSO is a community safety report line people can send tips into regarding concerns in schools. A rise in SUSO reports after this kind of incident is expected. The Office of School Safety not only responds to a school attack but also helps transition students back to class after tragedy hits. The healing process for students and staff could take years. To submit safety concerns at school, text SUSO at 738477 or call 1-800-MY-SUSO-1.
