Authorities have identified the man who was killed last week in a Jackson County crash. 48-year-old Terry J. Gurley of Cascade, Iowa, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a crash report from Iowa State Patrol. His name previously had been withheld pending family notification. The crash happened just after 6 p.m. Jan. 20 on Highway 64. The report states Gurley was traveling east on the highway when he crossed the centerline and struck a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Kyle L. Harland of Maquoketa.
