Avoca man turns himself in for warrant arrest

On Monday just before 7 AM A male subject arrived in the lobby of the Iowa County Law Enforcement Center stating there was a warrant for his arrest, and he was there to turn himself in. 59-year-old Daniel G Conner of Avoca was booked into the Iowa County Jail on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and an unspecified warrant. Conner was later released on bond.
