Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WIS) joined Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) in introducing legislation to support Wisconsin’s dairy industry. Baldwin along with Blackburn, introduced the Dairy Business Innovation Act of 2025 which they said would help dairy farmers and processors create new products, expand their markets, and modernize their production facilities. The Dairy Business Innovation Act of 2025 will raise the program’s annual authorization from $20 to $36 million.
