Details released about charges against former Mount Horeb coach

A former Mount Horeb High School cross country coach made repeated romantic advances toward one of his former athletes. He continued to pursue her even after she’d moved out of state for college according to court documents. 41-year-old David Chancellor was arrested earlier this week on tentative charges of stalking and sexual assault.
