Two people are dead following a boating accident on the Mississippi in Dubuque County on Saturday. Emergency personnel responded to Massey Marina on Saturday for a single boat accident. Two male occupants of the boat were recovered from the Mississippi River on Saturday and pronounced deceased on scene. The incident is under investigation by the Iowa DNR and is on-going. The names of involved parties will be released this morning pending notifications to family.
