Cleveland man arrested on drug charges

Iowa County authorities arrested a man from Cleveland on multiple drug charges following a traffic stop in Mineral Point. Authorities stopped 43-year-old Christopher Dugan on Highway 151 in Mineral Point shortly after 1 AM Sunday. Dugan was arrested and charged with various drug possession with intent to deliver charges and Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place.
