Miley Cyrus is remembering Dolly Parton with a deeply personal tribute following the country music legend’s death at age 80.
In a message shared after Parton’s death, Cyrus reflected on the close relationship they built over the years. She described Parton as her Aunt Dolly and explained that many of their most meaningful memories would remain private, keeping part of their bond away from the public spotlight.
Cyrus also recalled one of their final conversations, which centered on music, change, and finding a way forward. She said Parton would have encouraged her to work through grief by creating music and continuing with strength.
