A woman from Bagley has been charged with her 2nd offense of Operating While Intoxicated following a rollover crash in Wyalusing Township Monday around 5:30pm. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, 23 year old Donna McIntyre of Bagley was traveling north on County Highway P when she lost control of her vehicle after swerving to miss a deer. The vehicle entered the ditch, came back onto the roadway and then overturned before coming to rest on it’s top. McIntyre was treated for minor injuries at the crash scene. 27 year old Andrew Reynolds of Bagley was a passenger in the vehicle along with a 1 year old child. Neither Reynolds or the child were injured. McIntyre was charged with Operating while Intoxicated-2nd Offense with a passenger under 16 years of age, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device and Operating without a Valid Drivers License. Assisting at the crash scene was the Bagley First Responders, West Grant EMS and Bloomington Fire Department.
