Overdose Death In Richland County

Officials are investigating a death at a Richland County bar as a possible overdose. A report from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office says that emergency personnel were called just after midnight early Tuesday to Rumors Bar in Cazenovia. Upon arrival, EMS and law enforcement staff found 33-year-old Kyle Feldman of Madison unresponsive in the bar’s restroom. Inside the restroom, deputies discovered drug paraphernalia associated with heroin use. EMS administered Narcan with no success. Officials pronounced Feldman dead at the scene. Further investigation led deputies to find other drug-related items. A release states that an autopsy has been scheduled for Feldman to find the cause of his death.
