A man from Belmont was arrested by Green County authorities on OWI charges at around 2am Wednesday after his vehicle was found in a ditch. Deputies arrested 45 year old Donovan Taylor in the Town of Clarno for his 3rd offense of Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Taylor was taken to the Green County Jail and was later released after the posting bond.
