Lafayette County Board of Supervisors Recount

Election officials will re-count the ballots for a Lafayette County Board of Supervisors seat. The canvass of ballots for the District 10 supervisor was held Tuesday. Both incumbent Nancy Fisker and registered write-in challenger Gary Benson got 158 votes in last week’s election. A tie-breaker went to Benson and Fisker requested a re-count. That re-count will be Thursday at the courthouse in Darlington. District 10 for the county board of supervisors includes areas of Argyle and Wiota.
